GENERAL TERMS OF USE of THAZAR GATE

1. Purpose

This license governs the professional use of the THAZAR GATE file by a company or structure (hereinafter the "Licensed Company").

For the purposes of these General Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated below, whether used in the singular or plural:

THAZAR GATE: refers to a digital library developed and published by the company THAZAR, made available to the Licensed Company under a license agreement. This library comprises a structured set of digital elements, including but not limited to:

• Digital objects referred to as “BIM objects” in RFA format.
• A file containing these digital objects in RVT format.
• Software or graphic components.
• UI/UX interface templates.
• Models, design files, or specification documents.
• Visual, textual, or interactive elements.
• Any associated document or medium,

regardless of format and mode of distribution or integration.

2. Acceptance and Changes to the Terms of Use

2.1 The Licensed Company acknowledges that using THAZAR GATE implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use.

The Terms of Use consist of the following contractual documents, listed in descending order of legal value:

• The present document;
• The technical documentation published by THAZAR;
